John Orna-Ornstein is Director, Museums and South East at the Arts Council England (ACE). He was formerly head of national programmes at the British Museum. He is a board member of the Museums Association, the International Council of Museums UK, the Migration Museum and the London Museums Group. ACE is a government-funded body dedicated to promoting the performing, visual and literary arts in England. ACE is also responsible for supporting and developing English museums.
